Vietnam Inspection Accreditation Scheme (VIAS) is one of accreditation schemes of BoA
• Organization and operation conform with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17011:2017
• Assessment criteria: ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and supplementary requirements
• Full member and signatory of Mutual Recognition Arrangement with Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC) and International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC).
Benefit of accreditation
• Improving management and technical performance;
• Permission to use the accreditation stamp and logo on certificates of documents for advertisement;
• Accredited Inspection bodies are able to be recognized by government authority to carry out inspecting commodities for government enforcement;
